LAETITIA GORRA | Founder/CEO
Prior to founding ROARKE, Laetitia was the former Head of Interior Design at The Wing, a women’s empowerment co-working business, where she opened various multi use spaces worldwide and custom designed furniture to accommodate the clientele. She has a keen ability to maintain a consistent brand narrative throughout her designs – while layering aspects inspired by the local surroundings – into every project. Laetitia enjoys working in a fast paced environment and thinking outside of the box to bring collaborative workspaces to life. In defining the need for balance between function and inspiration in the work space, RDS has become a leader in the next generation of workspace and helping brands find the niche to help bring employees back to the ‘envy office’.
SARAH NEEDLEMAN | Co-Founder/COO
With a background in hospitality, marketing and branding, Sarah understands how to translate brand DNA into physically designed environments. Her skillset ranges from furniture design using eco-friendly and traditional craftsmanship, to space conceptualization and interior styling. She is passionate about aesthetics and is an out-of-the-box thinker, unafraid to disrupt design norms. Prior to founding ROARKE, Sarah was one of the in-house designers for the women’s coworking club, The Wing.
